Why we built Aerion

Before we built Aerion, we ran an IT services company — and felt the same friction every day. Business software promised efficiency and delivered complexity: too many features, outdated interfaces, and no real integration between the tools that actually mattered.

Even core functions like planning and project controlling worked better in spreadsheets. Then we saw the deeper problem. It wasn't just bad software. It was that too much of our team's time went to work that didn't require human judgment at all — project setup after a deal closed, status updates that needed chasing, data that had to be moved manually from one system to the next.
